Design partners: how agencies run live property showcases with us

Estalara is young and we say so. Instead of testimonials we cannot yet back with data, this page explains what a design partnership is, how we measure whether a live showcase worked, and what a typical live day looks like. The first published case studies will come from these partners, with their consent and their numbers.

What a design partnership is

A design partner is an agency that runs real listings through Estalara early, tells us what breaks, and helps shape the workflow. It is a working relationship, not a discount code.

01

Real listings, real buyers

Partners run live showcases of properties they are actually selling. We do not stage demos with fake audiences.

02

A direct line to the team

Feedback goes straight to the people building the product. Fixes and workflow changes are discussed with the partner before they ship.

03

Shared measurement

Partner and team look at the same session data: who watched, for how long, what they asked, who scored as serious and what happened next.

04

Publication only with consent

Nothing about a partner is published without written approval of the text and every number in it. Anonymised versions are possible.

How we measure results

What we look at after every live showcase

These are the signals the platform records during a session. They are the basis of every future case study, and they are also what an agency can check for itself in the panel.

Watch time

How long each viewer stayed, and where in the session they left. A buyer who watches the whole walkthrough behaves differently from one who left after the kitchen.

Questions asked

The number and content of questions during the live. Questions about financing, timelines or the neighbourhood are stronger signals than questions about paint colours.

Intent score

A behavioural score per viewer built from watch time, interactions, questions and return visits to the listing page. It ranks the follow-up list; it does not replace the agent's judgement.

Listings and meetings won

The outcomes agencies actually care about: exclusive mandates signed after showing sellers the live format, and one-to-one meetings booked with viewers from the session.

We do not publish industry averages or projected uplift from these signals. When a case study appears, each number in it is that one agency's observed result over a stated period.

Example workflow

A live day, step by step

Illustrative example, not a client result

This is how a live showcase is meant to run. It is a composite written by the team to show the workflow, not a description of any specific agency or property.

  1. Two days before: the listing page

The agent pastes the listing link, checks the generated branded page, uploads the floor plan and the documents the AI chat may answer from, and sets the live for Thursday 18:00 local time to suit buyers in Germany and the UK.

  2. Inviting viewers

The live link goes to the agency's own buyer list and portal enquiries for that property. Interested buyers register with an e-mail, which is what later ties questions and watch time to a person.

  3. The live

Twenty-five minutes from a phone: entrance, every room, the terrace at sunset, the street. Questions arrive in three languages and are translated for the agent in real time; the agent answers in one language and viewers read their own.

  4. Right after

The panel shows a ranked list: who watched to the end, who asked about the notary process, who came back to the listing page twice. The agent calls the top three the same evening.

  5. The next listing pitch

The agent shows the recording and the ranked list to a seller who is deciding between three agencies. The pitch is no longer a promise of reach; it is evidence of a process.

What we ask, and what a partner gets

What we ask

  • Run at least one live showcase a month on real listings.
  • A 30-minute call after each live for the first three months.
  • Honest feedback, including about what did not work.
  • Consider being a published case study once the data supports it, on your terms.

What a partner gets

  • Onboarding done with the team, not from a help centre.
  • Influence on the roadmap while the workflow is still being shaped.
  • Early access to new capabilities, including the ones marked under construction.
  • The first agency in your market with a documented live-selling process.

Become a design partner

Book a demo and say you are interested in the programme. We take on a small number of agencies at a time so that each one gets real attention.
