Estalara is white-label software that lets real estate agencies present properties live to buyers anywhere, translate the conversation in real time, and see which viewers behave like serious buyers. This page says plainly who builds it and what it is not.
Who builds Estalara
Estalara is a product of Time2Show, Inc., a company registered in Delaware, United States. The team that designs, builds and supports the platform operates in both the USA and Poland, which is why the contact number is Polish and why the first agencies we worked with sell to buyers in the European Union.
We are a small team of software (PhDs, researchers and product managers) and real estate people. We do not run an agency, we do not list properties and we do not take a commission on a sale. Our revenue comes from payments an agency pays for the platform, so the only thing we optimise for is whether a live showcase helps that agency win the listing and close the buyer.
What Estalara is, and what it is not
Agencies compare us with tools they already know. Most of those comparisons are wrong in a useful way, so here is the short version.
Estalara is
Live showcase and intelligent webinars software
A one-to-many or one-to-one live presentation of a property, run from a phone or laptop, for buyers who are not in the room. Viewers ask questions, the agent answers, the session is recorded and analyzed.
A translation and intent layer
Real-time translation for international buyers and behavioural scoring of what each viewer does during the session, so the agent knows who to call first.
White-label
Listing pages, showcases, AI chat and lead lists run under the agency's own brand and domain. Buyers see the agency, not us.
Estalara is not
Not a broker or a marketplace
We do not represent buyers or sellers, do not hold listings of our own and do not take a share of any transaction.
Not a listing portal
Portals are built for discovery. Estalara starts after discovery, when a buyer wants to see the property and decide. It works alongside the portals you already advertise on.
Not a CRM
There is no offer database, pipeline or portal export in Estalara. Keep the CRM you have; Estalara hands it better-qualified leads.
